COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened.

We have in place an in-house complaints procedure, drawn up to respond to any patient grievances. 

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the surgery, please speak with or write to Dr Geoff Lewis (Executive Partner) or Dr Matthew Short (Senior Partner).  We will try to address your concerns promptly, provide an explanation and discuss any actions that may be necessary.
