We are very lucky to have our own Pharmacy Team to help patients with their medication.
Our Pharmacy Team
Our Clinical Pharmacist deals with patients who require a Structured Medication Review (SMR) and patients who are on a DOAC (blood thinner). Patients are normally contacted by one of our Care Co-ordinators to book a medication review.
Kirsty Ledbury is a Pharmacy Technician working alongside our Clinical Pharmacist. Kirsty works closely with both the community pharmacies and care homes to help with medication queries and supports the Care Navigation Team (reception) with prescription enquires.
Jenny Godfrey is a Pharmacy Technician working remotely to support Kirsty.
