Dr Shalini Robertson

Primary qualifications: MBBS : DOMS

I qualified from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, India in 1998.

Completed my Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery in India in 2003 and worked as an ophthalmologist in India untill 2010.

I migrated to the UK in 2011 and continued to work in Ophthalmology in NHS till 2018, when I switched to training in General Practice.

During my training, I have rotated through departments such as Paediatrics, A&E and Care of the Elderly at Dorset County Hospital.

I hope to continue to pursue my special interest in eye care in the future.

Besides being a GP in training I am also a mum to two children, and I am married to a surgeon.

 like to spend time with my family and enjoy going for walks when possible.
