The doctors and staff warmly welcome all patients to our practice and our website.  We are a professional and friendly team caring for approximately 12,800 patients in Gillingham and the surrounding villages.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and a smoke stop service.

We are fortunate to operate from two purpose built premises. The Barn Surgery can be found in the town centre of Gillingham and Peacemarsh Surgery can be found in Peacemarsh.  All of our clinical services are run from rooms on the ground floor to ensure ease of access.  Both surgeries offer a hearing loop system and large text practice leaflets are available from reception on request for visually impaired people. If there are any other services you require, please do not hesitate to contact the reception team who will always do their best to help answer any questions.

All patients of Gillingham Medical Practice have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care. Patients are able to contact the practice if they wish to know who this is, and if they have a preference to which GP that is, the practice where possible will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.

There is a full complement of support staff, including an integrated nursing team consisting of the District Nurses, Health Visitors and Practice Nurses. Peacemarsh Surgery is also host to a variety of other services including chiropody, Steps 2 Wellbeing, memory clinics and counselling.
