New Phone System

 

Many of our patients will be aware that our current phone provision has struggled to cope with the changes we have had to impose to the way in which we deliver our services. 

We have a new system due to go live this week which will remedy the issues we have been having. The switch should not impact on the lines coming in but you will notice 2 key changes:

Appointments Line

Call back option if there are more than 10 people in the queue you can retain your place in the and recieve a call back when you reach the front!

Prescriptions and Test results

Have been restricted to 10am-12pm and 3pm-6.30pm to relieve the demand at peak times


We will continue to monitor the demand and may need to make adjustments when we see the results.
