Wearing Masks in Our Practices

Following the most recent NHS England guidance (issued 1st June 2022), we will no longer require patients or staff to wear face coverings, unless this is a personal preference for them to do so, this guidance does, however, state that:

Patients with respiratory symptoms who are required to attend for emergency treatment should wear a facemask/covering, if tolerated, or offered one on arrival

On this basis, if you are attending an urgent appointment that relates to respiratory or Covid-19 symptoms , we would ask you to please wear a mask, and our clinical staff will also do so.

If you would like our staff to wear a mask during your own consultation they will be happy to do this.

We hope that the relaxing of restrictions will enhance your experience with our team and improve our face to face communications with you.
