A fantastic and caring Practice
I have been registered with the Gillingham Medical Practice since moving to Gillingham some 20 years ago. During that time myself and my family have received knowledgable, professional and compassionate care. I am a T1 diabetic and have received excellent support from the diabetic nurse. During the pandemic she has gone the extra mile, keeping in touch by email and telephone. The pandemic has dramatically changed our interaction with the Practice (as with all NHS services) but they have done their best to support and care for the people of Gillingham whilst following Government guidelines. Their level of support has been outstanding, despite the pandemic issues and the problems with the Barn Surgery building and telephone system. Having had experience of other GP surgeries in the country I believe we are very lucky to have the team we have in Gillingham.

Extremely quick help.
I sent an email yesterday and last Monday, and I received a reply very quickly. I was able to see a doctor on the same day, and the service she gave me was superb, I felt very cared for. Excellent work, especially considering the difficult conditions they have to work under. Well done and thanks very much! Sharon Reddell
