Gillingham Health Walks
Get active, one step at a time, by joining a free, friendly local walk! Health walks are a great way to be active and to meet new people.
- Meeting from 2:15pm for a 2:30pm walk every Tuesday
- From Gillingham Town Meadow SP8 4BP
- Followed by coffee/tea at Wessex House, Gillingham High Street
We aim to have 2 walks most weeks, lasting approximately 1 hour and 1.5 hours (at a faster pace). Walks are mainly on pavements, with an occasional field walk if weather permits.
No need to book, just turn up and join us!
Gillingham Walkers
Free, friendly walks. Meet new people and improve your health.
We walk every Monday:
- Meet opposite the Library for 2:30pm start.
- Walks are one hour/approximately two miles.
- We finish at the Community Office for tea/coffee.
- On pavements in the winter, and across fields as much as possible in summer.
Monthly two hour/four mile walks (first Saturday of each month, various starting points).
