Hannah Hazel
Gender: Female
I qualified as a nurse in 2014 and began my career in secondary care before moving into community nursing in 2015, where I found my passion for primary care. In 2022, I became a Community Specialist Nurse within a rapid response team, supporting frail patients at home and helping to prevent hospital admissions. I have since completed a Master’s degree and enjoy providing holistic, patient-centred care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, paddle boarding, and reading.
